Poster-Making Contest
Contest Mechanics:
• Open to all elementary and high school students from both private and public schools in Asingan.
• There shall be two categories. Elementary and High School. Each school may only have one (1) representative per category.
• To register, submit participant’s name to the Municipal Nutrition Action Officer Nita L. Romero 0999 8532 510 / 0906 3603 158. Deadline is on July 5, 2023 at 5PM
• The Content themw is ” Healthy Diet Gawing Affordable for All
• Materials to be used: 1/4 Illustration Board provided by the LGU, oil pastel, other coloring materials/mixed media.
• Participants must bring their own art materials to be prepared during the contest day
• The artwork must be done on-the-spot and completed within three (3) hours.
• Criteria:
Creativity 25%
Relevance to the theme 30%
Color & design elements 20%
Neatness 15%
Uniqueness / Visual Impact 10%
• Prizes:
1st Prize Php 5,000.00 + Certificate and token
2nd Prize Php 4,000.00 + Certificate and token
3rd Prize Php 3,000.00 + Certificate and token
Consolation Php 500.00 + Certificate and token
• Certificates for coaches will also be provided
• LGU Asingan shall reserve the rights to all the artworks, winning or otherwise
• Winners will be determined and proclaimed by the end of the activity.
Cookfest Competition

• For elementary: a team is composed of two (2) parents and their child
• For high school: a team is composed of two (2) student
• To register, submit participant’s name to the Municipal Nutrition Action Officer Nita L. Romero 0999 8532 510 / 0906 3603 158. Deadline is on July 5, 2023 at 5PM
• The main dominant ingredient of the dish must be CAMOTE of any variety
• Participants must bring their own ingredients, cooking stove, tables, chairs and other kitchen/cooking utensils.
• The following ingredients are not allowed: seasoning mix, and broth/bouillon cubes (Ajinomoto, Magic Sarap, Knorr cubes).
• Preparation of ingredients, cooking of the dishes, including garnishing must be entirely made and completed done on-the-spot.
• Participants are given only two hours to complete the dish, including its presentation.
• Entries must be pre-numbered by the designated LGU personnel only. No other marking must appear in the artwork.
• Criteria for judging :
Nutritional Value / Palatability 40%
Novelty / Uniqueness of Recipe 30%
Cost effectiveness / Economy 10%
Overall Presentation 10%
Teamwork 10%
