The Local Government of Asingan jumped start Halloween with a trick-or-treat event at Municipal Hall today October 28 Friday.
Little monsters, goblins, witches and other creatures walked the corridors of the Asingan Hall as it holds its yearly Halloween Trick or Treating. Dressed in cute and scary costumes, the kids enjoyed free treats.
