1. All Punong Barangays are enjoined to mobilize their respective Barangay Councils in the resumption of the conduct of Barangay Assembly on Saturdays and Sundays of October 2022 through online, blended, or face-to-face mode of conduct;

2. The theme for the 2nd Sem CY 2022 Barangay Assembly is “Barangayanihan: Barangay at Mamamayan Sama-sama sa Pagtataguyod ng bayanihan Tungo sa Mas Ligtas at Maunlad na Pamayanan”;

3. All concerned are enjoined to promptly disseminate among their areas of jurisdiction the schedule of the Barangay Assembly to ensure widest participation and engagement of their

constituency;
