Sa mga interesado po magpalista, tumatanggap na po ngayon ng mga aplikante na mga magpapakasal ang tanggapan ng Local Civil Registry.

• Birth Certificate – Both (Male & Female)
• CENOMAR – Both (Male & Female)
• 2×2 Picture – Both (Male & Female)
• Valid ID or cedula – Both (Male & Female)
• Parents’ Consent/Advise (18-24 years old)
• Pre-Marriage Orientation and Counseling
RHU-I (Every Tuesday 8:00am-5:00pm)
Church /Chapel – Solemnizing Officers(Pre-marriage Counseling)
• Death Certificate of Spouse if (widow/widowers)
• Certificate of Legal Capacity(if not Filipino Citizen)
• Divorce papers if divorce/ Judicial decree of annulment/nullity of marriage

• Valid ID of two (2) witnesses
• Joint affidavit of Cohabitation
Ang deadline po ng pagsusumite ng application form sa naturang tanggapan ay hanggang January 31, 2020 lamang po.
Para sa mga karagdagang katanungan, mangyari po lamang na makipag-ugnayan sa ating Local Civil Registry ng ating munisipyo.
