The Bureau of Soils and Water Management (BSWM) turn over 1 biodegradable waste composting facility to LGU Asingan Pangasinan.
Present during the ceremony were Mayor Heidee Chua, Vice Mayor Carlos Lopez Jr, Councilor Marivic Salagubang Robeniol, Councilor Dolly Tabin and Environment Management Specialist 1 Julian Marzan Ilumin.
