Rerouting of Traffic at J. Millan street (Resolution no. 84 Ordinance no. 4 Series 1196)
Juan Millan street, north of the Asingan Public Market shall be a one-way traffic street. Entrance shall be from L. Soloria Street and exit to. P Ramos street on the west from 6:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. from Monday to Saturday.
Private Vehicles are not allowed to park at the surroundings of the Asingan Public Market Days

Parking areas for private vehicles are as follows
1. Streets surrounding the Public Plaza
2. B. Casimiro street
3. Velasco street
4. Bautista street

Officers of Tricycle Drivers Association must advise their members to park in orderly manner following their designated parking areas with signboard
Any operator/driver of motor or animal drawn vehicles violating this ordinance shall be meted with the following penalties
First Offense: P50.00
Second Offense: P100.00
Third and succeeding offenses – P150.00 or confiscation of Driver’s License and cancellation of Mayor’s Permit or both at the discretion of higher authorities.
