Poster-Making Contest

Contest Mechanics:

• Open to all elementary and high school students from both private and public schools in Asingan.

• There shall be Elementary and High School categories. Each school may pitch one (1) representative per category.

• Registration is open until July 22, 2022 at the Municipal Nutrition Action Office or thru SMS at 0999 8532510.

• Materials to be used: 1/2 Illustration Board provided by the LGU,oil pastel,other coloring materials/mixed media.

• Preparation of materials and the artwork must be done on-the-spot. within three (3) hours of allotted time.

• Criteria:

Creativity 25%

Relevance to the theme 30%

Color & design elements 20%

Neatness & Clarity 15%

Visual Impact 10%

• Prizes:

1st Prize Php 5,000.00 + Certificate

2nd Prize Php 4,000.00 + Certificate

3rd Prize Php 3,000.00 + Certificate

Consolation Php 1,000.00 + Certificate

• Certificates will also be given to participants,coaches,and schools.

Cooking Festival

Contest Mechanics:

• Open to all elementary and high school students from both private and public schools in Asingan.

• Each school may pitch one (1) family composed of three (3) members – 2 parents and their child, as representative. Birth Certificate of the child must be presented for verification.

• Registration is open until July 22,2022 at the Municipal Nutrition Action Office or thru SMS at 0999 8532510.

• LABONG or BAMBOO SHOOT shall be the main ingredient of the dish.

• Participants must bring their own ingredients and cooking implements.

• Use of MSG, seasoning mix, and broth/bouillon cubes is not allowed.

• Meal Preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation must be done on-the-spot within the two-hour allotted time.

• Criteria:

Nutritional value / palatability 40%

Novelty / Uniqueness 30%

Cost effectiveness / economy 10%

Overall Presentation 10%
